Axiophot – Material Science Optical Microscope
The Zeiss Axiophot is our versatile material science light microscope. It allows to select between reflective and transmitted illumination for the inspection of sample surface or light transparent samples. The contrasts available for any imaging are manifold ranging from polarization, DIC and Interference contrast. The Axiophot is equipped with a Leica color CCD camera in order to document the microscopy measurements.
