LEO EM912 Transmission Electron Microscope
The LEO EM912 is a TEM dedicated to any energy filtering related tasks. Due to it´s in-column omega type energy filter, it offers plenty of possibilities for enhancing image contrast and for local chemical analysis. Additionally, in-column filtering offers the nearly unique feature of acquiring inelastically filtered diffraction patterns. In addition, the in-column filter offers didactic advantages for novice microscopists, because the effect of energy filtering can be viewed directly on the viewing screen without putting the CCD camera at risk.
