Research Scope

The BioCore Team plays both advisory and collaborative roles in research projects within the institute as well as in international research consortiums (i.e. Max Planck-Bristol Center for Minimal Biology, Collaborative Research Centers of the German Research Foundation). Within our advisory roles, scientists are provided the environment to learn and develop new technologies in imaging and biomedicine. We collaborate widely, especially with synthetic/material chemists to elucidate biological responses in 2D, 3D cell cultures and in ovo models.
