Compartmentalization of Light-induced Reactions in DNA-Liposome Hybrid Structures
Project B8; Collaborative Research Center, TRR 234 CataLight
CataLight is a transregional collaborative research center that explores the controlled linkage of molecular light-driven catalytic units with hierarchically structured soft matter matrices to convert solar radiation into chemical reactivity.
To meet this objective, project B8 (Research Area B - Soft Matter Matrices) is examining the compartmentalization of light-induced reactions in DNA-liposome hybrid structures in a collaborative effort. The cell-instructive materials group explores DNA assembly strategies and DNA nanotechnology for the development of such functional precision scaffolds.
