Dr. Jiaqi Xing
Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research
Main Focus
I am interested in designing peptide based supramolecular systems that program dynamic nanostructures to modulate catalytic activity and cellular responses.
Curriculum Vitae
Jiaqi Xing received her Bachelor’s degree in Materials Chemistry and English from Wuhan Institute of Technology (Wuhan, China) in 2018. She obtained her Master’s degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Sichuan University (Chengdu, China) in 2021, where her thesis focused on Gellan gum–based hydrogels for biomedical applications. In October 2021, she joined the group of Prof. Dr. Tanja Weil at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research (MPIP) in Mainz, Germany, as a PhD candidate. Her current research focuses on programmable synthetic nanostructures to direct catalysis and cellular responses.
